At Progressive Turnings, our goal is to complete parts in a single operation, a technique we call "one and done." The idea is to reduce handling, improve quality, and decrease throughput time.

One and done relies on the latest CNC equipment with sub-spindles and live tooling. We continually re-invest in cutting-edge machinery and tooling for efficient, top-notch results.

Live tooling enables lathes and turning machines to do other operations in the same setup — milling, drilling, broaching, and splining, for instance. Sub-spindles allow the transfer of parts from the main spindle into the sub-spindle, so that all features can be finished without additional setups. Machinery for better looking, more accurate parts in less time, maximizing the productivity of our highly skilled team of people.

As many as 8 axes in a single turning center combine to perform simultaneous turning and milling operations for dramatic cycle-time reductions and improved productivity.

We have the right equipment to meet your most demanding requirements.
